Marilyn Kidder
Marilyn has lived in the New London/ Lake Sunapee area since 1972, and, along with her husband, raised their two sons, plus several generations of sheep, pigs, and Labrador retrievers on their 1779 farm.
She began her real estate career with a venerated local firm in 1983 and started her own company in 1987. That company has grown from two brokers and one staff to its current number of eleven energetic sales associates and support personnel.
As a selling broker, Marilyn has consistently received sales performance awards, usually placing among the top ten Coldwell Banker agents in the state. Under her leadership as manager, "The Best Team in Town" has also earned regular performance awards.
She has volunteered on countless local and statewide boards and is currently a Trustee of the Society for the Protection of New Hampshire Forests, the Ausbon Sargent Land Preservation Trust, the Pleasant Lake Protective Association, and sits on the President's Advisory Council of Colby-Sawyer College.
Outside the office, Marilyn can often be found puttering in her perennial gardens, playing with her granddaughter and grandson, reading, skiing, boating, kayaking, hiking or traveling with family & friends, or managing the family’s 200 acre productive Tree Farm.
