Joan Wallen is our Rental Manager extraordinaire! No stranger to the New London/Lake Sunapee area, Joan has held her real estate license since 1982.

After teaching at Colby-Sawyer College, she was a part of the management staff at King Ridge Ski Area for many years before going on to other endeavors in the ski industry and in public relations. She currently devotes herself full time to meeting her customers’ and clients’ needs. Joan will be delighted to assist you, whether you are looking for a rental or hoping to rent your home or cottage.
