Emily has lived in the Sunapee area since 1972 and owned and operated a local real estate company in the late 70’s. She achieved her GRI designation in 1985 and a Master of Education in 1999.

She has received Coldwell Banker Sales Awards in 1996, 1999 and 2001.  Emily has five children, all are either in college or have graduated.  She enjoys skiing, tennis, gardening and travel.  Emily's many community activities have included a twelve year stint on the Kearsarge Regional School Board and six years as a director of the New London Outing Club.
